Cirencester sexual assault victim urged to contact police

A sexual assault victim is being urged to come forward after she was attacked in Cirencester.
Police are appealing for the victim to contact them following the assault, which took place in Cricklade Street between 2.30am and 2.45am on Sunday.
â¿¿She was attacked as she was getting into a taxi outside Clinton Cards and Phones 4U.
The suspected attacker is described as white, between 50 and 60 years old and around 5ft 8in tall.
He had short, cropped ginger hair, a grey handlebar moustache and had a black eye on the right side.
There are distinctive star tattoos on his left and right earlobes.
The man was wearing a black jacket, tan suede waistcoat, black silky shirt, dark blue jeans, black boots and large gold rings on his fingers.
Police want to hear from the victim and anyone who may have come into contact with the man on the night.
Anyone with information that they think may help the police investigation should call 101 quoting incident 54 of February 10.
Alternatively, information can be given anonymously by contacting Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111, or via the charity's website.
In some cases Crimestoppers may offer a reward of up to £1,000 where information leads to a conviction.
