Parking along beeches road!!!

I don't know how many people I have spoken/complained about this but it's driving me insane!! I'm currently a resident along beeches road! We have one car between my family and struggle day to day to get a parking space outside my own house!! I have regular arguments with people who park here all day whilst there at work! People get there that early to nab a space that they then sit and eat breakfast!!!! I actually have a new born baby aswell and proves difficult when i have to walk miles with him in his car seat in the rain and recently snow as well!! Iv had 5 people hit my car and some of these and have been abussive when I go out and ask what the hell they are doing!! They would clearly not say anything if I hadn't seen them?

It's like this every single day! Whilst the car park is empty!!
Something has got to be done about this? Not only is it frustrating for me but also very dangerous as you can't see if there are any cars coming when your trying to cross the road!!
the car park costs 3.40 all day so these people who can afford to run there cars should damn well pay to park!! And not leave it outside my house all day!!!!!
