Tools stolen from Bisley building site

Police are investigating a burglary at a building site next to a house in Bisley.

The theft happened between 5pm on Tuesday, February 5 and 11am on Wednesday, February 6, at a property on Hayedge Lane.

The unknown offender(s) gained access to an outbuilding at the address after breaking open a padlock securing the premises.

Following the break-in the offender(s) left with two Stihl angle grinders, a Stihl power chainsaw, a Maikita power screwdriver and a DeWalt power screwdriver.

The offender(s) also broke into another outbuilding but nothing was taken.

Anyone with information they think may be helpful to the police investigation is asked to call 101 quoting incident 76 of February 7.

In some cases Crimestoppers may offer a reward of up to £1,000 where information leads to a conviction.
